How to run AML search for new customer?

You can run AML search for new customer by creating new customer record and enable monitoring.

Step :

1. Go to "Customers" page, click the "Add Customer" button.
2. Fill in the form with mandatory field :
   • Type : Must select for "Person" or "Organization".
   • Name : Use for name screening in PEP/SIP/Sanctions/Terrorist.
   • Country/Region : Specific the customer Jurisdiction.
3. Click the "Create Customer" button. It will then return to the "Customers" pages.
4. Search the customer name and click on the "Eye" (View Customer) icon to enter the Customer profile page.
5. In the "Monitoring" setting, switch from "Disabled" to "Enabled" . The system will prompt for confirmation.
6. Wait for a few minutes for the search process. You can click on the "Reload" button the refresh the page.
7. When the report result is released, there will be a row record in "AML Name Screening & Ongoing Monitoring History" section.
8. Click on the "Eye" (View Report) to enter the search report page.
9. You can see each case detail (if any) and download PDF.
10. You will also receive an email notification about this search report.
