How to check eWallet balance?

Step

1. Go to "eWallet" page.
2. You can see the available balance, number of monitoring customer(s) and transactions on the page.

Tips

• If you see the eWallet balance is less that number of monitoring customer(s), we suggest to you top-up immediatly. Otherwise it will disable futher ongoining monitoring case.
