How to enable ongoing monitoring?

Step

1. The ongoing monitoring is automatically started when the first AML search run. It will keep running automatically. Therefore more AML search report will be available afterward.
2. If you need to switch from "Disable" to "Enable", go to the Customer profile page and change in "Monitoring" setting.

Tips

• Additional credit will be deducted yearly after the first AML search run if eWallet balance available.
• If the eWallet balance is not available during the deduction process, the ongoing monitor status will be changed to "Disable".
