How to download customer profile to PDF file?

You can download customer profile to PDF file on Cloudian™ AML Portal easily.

Step

  1. Go to "Customers" page.
  2. Search the customer name and click on the "Eye" (View Customer) icon to enter the Customer profile page.
  3. Click "Download PDF" in the "Detail" section.

Tips

  • The customer profile is available even if eKYC verification and AML search is not started yet.
