How to disable ongoing monitoring?

Step

1. Go to "Customers" page.
2. Search the customer name and click on the "Eye" (View Customer) icon to enter the Customer profile page.
3. In the "Monitoring" setting, switch from "Enable" to "Disable" . The system will prompt for confirmation.

Tips

• If you enable ongoing monitoring in future, additional credit will be deducted.
