How to run eKYC verification?

Step

1. Go to "Customers" page.
2. Search the customer name and click on the "Eye" (View Customer) icon to enter the Customer profile page.
3. In the "eKYC Verification" section, click the "Start" button. The system will prompt for confirmation.
4. There will be an verification link generated.
5. Send the verification link to your customer to complete the process.

You will received an result email after the customer completed the process.

Tips

• eKYC verification only available for "Person" type customer.
• The verification link will be expired in 7 days.
• The verification link require mobile phone to run with. Desktop computer is not supported for security purpose.
• Credit will be deducted when the verification link is generated, no matter the result is verified, failed or expired.
