How to edit Risk Score of each customer?

Step

1. Go to "Customers" page.
2. Search the customer name and click on the "Eye" (View Customer) icon to enter the Customer profile page.
3. Click "Edit Risk Score" in the "Detail" section.
4. Select the Risk Score from the drop down of "Low", "Medium" and "High".
5. Click on the "Update Detail".

Tips

• There Risk Score data will be shown on Dashboard, Customers, PDF and Export section.
